Unlimited Crossfit Membership
This includes access to everything we offer here at DCF. This includes CrossFit classes which are offered 7 days a week, Open Gym, Online workout performance tracking and access to our programming for in the gym and at home workouts. In addition, you will be part of our private Facebook Group, and activities “Outside the Box” we put on throughout the year. When you start we take you through out onboarding process and provide you with our Nutrition Jump Start program and our travel workouts for when you are out of town! Members also will have special pricing for clinics and other perks.

Drop In Policy
We appreciate online requests to drop in must be made via email at info@wwdcf.com at least 24 hours in advance so we can ensure space to fit you in.
Drop ins must be proficient in CrossFit and have worked out in a CrossFit box before. You need to register in advance for the classes you would like to attend to ensure space is available and to sign the waiver. Please click HERE to sign up!
