Our program is centered in the CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, functional movements performed at relative high intensity.
In our gym we have pull-up bars, ropes, tires, rings, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, rowing machines, air bikes, air runners, jump ropes and most importantly, we have a culture and a community you will not find anywhere else. It is our amazing and positive class experience that really separates us from other gyms. Everyone is welcome here at Destination CrossFit. Our aim is to provide a diverse, safe, supportive and encouraging atmosphere for every human being who walks through our doors.
All we ask for is that you just show up with a good attitude, and the desire to sweat and work hard – we’ll provide the rest!
We have accredited Level 3 and Level 2 and Level 1 CrossFit staff who are there to teach you the movements and to help you achieve your goals.
